Dual boot windows 10 and Solus (esp resizing)

Mon May 28, 2018 5:21 pm

I'm new to linux, so forgive me if the question is a bit stupid. I tried installing solus but error said not enough size in esp partition. So I tried to increase it with Gparted and it not allow me to do that. Size is fixed. So I created a new Fat32 partition and flagged it esp. And installed Solus successfully. The problem is now I have two esp partitions, one for windows and one for linux. And linux doesn't boot unless I enter it manually via boot manager.
Is there a way to merge both esp partitions without corrupting the data.
If not, can anyone guide me on how to increase the locked esp partition size so I can format linux and reinstall it again on the same partition as windows?
